We are national specialist providers of academic, emotional and social support for students aged 5 – 25, who for whatever reason are either struggling with or cannot access education.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 support to young people in their homes, or a public setting.
* Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests, and abilities.
* Sessions run during the school day (term time only) and typically last 3 to 5 hours.
* Working flexibly (on a bank staff contract) as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you, your skills and creative input.
Who We’re Looking For
* Education professionals with experience supporting young people with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs (such as depression and emotional dysregulation).
* Those with a background in Post 16 education.
* Those with experience teaching or supporting L2 Functional Skills Maths and Employability.
* A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays of availability.
* Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
