Job description
To be responsible to the Strategic Director of Environment and report to the Customer Experience Manager for assisting in the provision of an effective, efficient and customer focused business support service to the office operations.
Responsibilities
* To be responsible for the diary management of the Strategic Director of Environment, including the administration of meetings.
* To provide specific business support to the Environment directorate.
* Under the direction of the Strategic Director and Assistant Directors/Head of Service, ensure work tasks are allocated, prioritised and carried out to a high standard of quality.
* To supervise, train and develop assigned business administrative staff to ensure the business needs of the service are met.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* A relevant 3rd level qualification (or equivalent) OR 5 GCSE's plus 3 years' for experience.
* Applicants must possess a full, current driving licence which enables them to drive in Northern Ireland and a vehicle available for official business, or have access to a form of transport which enables them to meet the requirements of the post.
