About the role At Activate Learning, we are looking for a dedicated Electrical Installation Teacher to join our Construction and Engineering faculty Guildford College. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Levels 1, 2, and 3 courses, preparing students for successful careers in the industry. Salary Up to £42,182 per annum with a potential hard-to-fill supplement (dependent on qualifications and experience). What do you need to be an Electrical Installation teacher at Activate Learning? To succeed in this role, you will have: A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) - previous teaching or training experience is desirable but not essential. Level 3 NVQ or above full qualification in Electrical Installation Minimum 5 years of verifiable industry experience A passion for developing and nurturing future electricians. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
