Looking for a role where no two days are the same and you genuinely change lives?

Deeping St James | Residential Service (CQC Rated Good). £13.00 per hour/ £25,350 per annum FTE | Permanent role, with contracts available for 17.5, 20, (phone number removed), 30 & 37.5 hours per week.

Join our residential service in Deeping St James, a small, well-kept market town just 10–15 minutes from Peterborough and 15 minutes from Stamford. The service offers on-site parking. Please note that public transport links are limited and may not align with shift patterns.

A full manual UK license is required as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.

Who you will support

* 5 adults (1 female, 4 males)

* Dual sensory & complex needs- Physical disabilities & some challenging behaviour

* Person-centred, meaningful support is at the heart of what we do

Shifts are set and are on a rolling rota for a year & can be discussed further at interview: 7am – 4.30/5pm (Weekends: 7am – 2.30pm) 3.30/4.30pm – 10pm (Weekends: 2.30pm – 10pm). You must be expected to work every other weekend & certain bank holidays and flexibility is essential to support our valuable service.
