The EU Business Lead – Polymer will play a critical leadership role overseeing both the Customer Experience (CX) and Planning functions for our European polymer business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless alignment between customer needs, demand planning, and supply chain execution. Your leadership will be key to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction while optimizing supply chain processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do
* Lead and develop the CX and Planning teams, coaching individuals to discover and apply their innate talents for maximum impact and alignment with business goals.
* Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring customer orders, delivery schedules, and planning activities are executed flawlessly while meeting key performance indicators.
* Drive strategic initiatives to improve resource selection, retention, and knowledge management, transforming supply chain and customer service capabilities.
* Utilize customer insights, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.
* Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams (sales, finance, production) to break down silos and foster integrated, customer-centric approaches.
* Lead change management efforts to support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across CX and Planning.
* Maintain clear and effective communication at all organizational levels, both written and verbal.
* Cultivate an environment that attracts, retains, and develops Principled Entrepreneurs, reinforcing INVISTA's culture and values.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Proven leadership experience managing teams within customer service, supply chain planning, or related commercial functions in the polymer or chemical industry.
* Strong commercial capabilities complemented by a willingness and ability to develop a deep understanding of the European polymer markets and supply chains.
* Prior experience in related industries or functions with transferable skills is valued.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, or similar ERP/planning systems is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data analytics tools to drive business decisions.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
