Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cowbridge for a Mortgage Case Handler / Manager’s Assistant. The role involves handling mortgage applications, assisting with case management, ensuring accurate documentation, and communicating professionally with clients and team members. The individual will also support the manager in day-to-day administrative tasks and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of cases. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

* Strong administrative skills, including documentation and time management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interaction
