Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Commercial Site
Salary: GBP42-45k
My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Hemel Hempstead. This role is Monday-Friday, working 40 Hours.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site
2. Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
3. Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices
4. Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings
5. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
6. Maintain the professional image always, and promote services
7. Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes
8. Manage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to date
9. Oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA
10. Receive client issues and resolve these effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships
11. Be prepared for inclusion on a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response
Applicants for the role must possess the following:
1. Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required
2. 18th edition
3. 2391 Test and inspection - highly desirable
4. Experience working within occupied offices
5. Driving Licence
6. Must be able to obtain DBS
