Nursery Nurse

You will join a supportive and experienced team, creating a caring environment that encourages children to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
* A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and children's development
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* A genuine passion for supporting and working with young children
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a stimulating and engaging environment that supports children's learning and development
* Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements
* Consistently follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies
* Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
* Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences
* Develop positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Encourage and support children to develop confidence and independence in their learning
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the setting
