Contract: Fixed Term until April 2026 (subject to change)
Salary:£31,650 to £43,607 (Qualified) £21,731 to £33,902 (Unqualified) + SEN (£2,679 - £5,285)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We teach through a thematic curriculum in our Primary phase and a creative/cross curricular approach in or secondary Key Stage 3 phase. In Key Stage 4 pupils work towards accredited qualifications, being taught by subject specific teachers.
YOU WILL NEED TO BE
* A good/outstanding teacher with successful teaching experience in mainstream or special an education setting.
* Committed to providing high quality educational opportunities for pupils with a range of learning needs including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
* The ability to work as part of a highly effective team.
* Strong commitment to inclusion.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A good range of IT skills.
* Qualified Teacher Status or a desire to work towards this.
We invite teachers across a range of subjects from both mainstream and SEN sectors to apply; a broad subject knowledge across a range of subjects is essential as you will be required to teach across the curriculum. A love of practical and outdoor experiences would be important as these are key to our curriculum offer.
