This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager to join a highly regarded international Estate & Property Management company with successful offices in Guildford. This maternity cover role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Driving lettings growth and market share in the Guildford area
* Conducting property valuations and listings
* Delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants
* Supporting team performance and branch success
* Working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Strong experience in residential lettings
* Proven ability in valuations and listings
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the Guildford property market
