The Role
As a Property Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting property repair issues. Youll handle repair enquiries, support customer satisfaction surveys, assist with complaints, and provide essential administrative support to the team. Your work will help ensure a smooth and seamless service for our residents while contributing to improvements in our processes and customer experience.
