This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building trusted relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and expanding existing accounts within regulated environments.
Focused on both new and existing clients, you’ll leverage market-leading capabilities, particularly within Ethical Debt Management solutions, to drive partner-led growth, develop compelling propositions, and deliver profitable outcomes. As a visible figurehead, you’ll represent the business confidently in the market and at industry events, bringing credibility, gravitas, and deep collections subject-matter expertise.

What you’ll be doing
* Identify, shape, and qualify new business opportunities across Financial Services sectors, driving sustainable and profitable growth
* Develop and own strategic, growth-focused account plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes
* Manage and drive a robust sales pipeline, collaborating with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities
* Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for account expansion
* Lead the development of new client-led propositions in response to evolving market needs
* Represent the business externally through networking, events, and client engagement while ensuring strong governance and partner alignment
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in business development and senior client management, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth
* Preferably, knowledge of the UK Debt Collection market, supported by an established industry network
* Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic client relationships
* Strong commercial and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
* Excellent business acumen, analytical capability, and experience in financial modelling and planning
