The role sits within our 1st line, LBCM ECP team and will focus on providing operational ECP oversight across LBCM UK business areas - covering the ECP risk areas of fraud; anti-money laundering (AML); sanctions and anti-bribery. You'll work closely with internal and external key customers across the LBCM business areas, and LBCM's service partners to ensure ECP risks are effectively handled and mitigated. As part of our LBCM ECP team, the Senior Manager will contribute to the delivery of a balanced and effective ECP control framework across LBCM which enables the business to achieve its objectives and strategic growth agenda in-line with risk appetite.

You'll have responsibility for;

* Input into LBCM's ECP Risk & Control Self-Assessment profiles and other ECP risk reporting outputs - providing guidance, opinion and challenge as required.
* Overseeing and managing the LBCM ECP risk appetite.
* Undertaking assurance work in relation to the ECP control framework delegated to the ring-fenced bank - reporting findings to senior colleagues and back to the service providers.
* Producing and presenting reports for senior colleagues and committees.
* Providing ECP specialist advice and guidance to the LBCM UK business areas to promote and ensure compliance with regulatory and Group ECP Policy requirements support to the LBCM UK business.
