Contract: Temp to Permanent, term time only (32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks)

Salary: £95 - £130 Per day PAYE (Depending on Experience)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a creative, motivated, and passionate Teaching Support Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in North London. About the Role
This full‑time position involves supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers and contributing to a positive and purposeful learning environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum, develop their skills, and build confidence.
Daily responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or one‑to‑one
Assisting with lesson delivery and preparation
Promoting positive behaviour and modelling expectations
Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Supporting the wider school community and contributing to school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
