Role Overview
We are recruiting SC Cleared First Line Service Desk Analysts to support a large, secure enterprise environment for a high-profile customer.
This role forms part of a professional Service Desk function and acts as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests. The focus is on delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting agreed SLA targets.
Although primarily a first line role, there will be opportunity for limited second line exposure, making this suitable for candidates looking to broaden their technical experience.

* Rotational shifts covering 08:00 - 18:00
* Office-based role in either Milton Keynes or Nottingham
