Subject for to formal establishment amendment, ‘2’ vacancies may arise for Sgts (Int An) to serve as HQ Support SNCO 1 and 2 at RAF Waddington on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 27 July 2026 (Or earlier/later, subject to candidate status and formal establishment). Act as the Wing POC for visits (external and internal). Coordinate non-operational activities including, but not limited to, ACPV, RIAT, 1 Gp Industry Day, 1 ISR Wg Arrivals Days and station families’ days. Assist the HQ Support Pillar WO with the management of the Wing’s Force Generation (FGEN) process. Act as Risk Manager for the Wing. Assist in organisation of major visits to the HQ area. Assist the Wing’s Executive Officer (XO) in gathering and preparing key statistics from across the entirety of 1 ISR Wg for presentation to the Station Command Group and other Command fora. Perform the duties of Expert User, Local Security Officer and Team Site Administrator for MODNet and DII(S) for the Wg HQ. 1 ISR Wg HQ SharePoint lead; responsible for content and IM. Support the 1 ISR Wg XO as the Deputy IM lead. Responsible for maintaining the 1 ISR Wg access list and issuing access passes. Responsible for the completion of the F540 for 1 ISR Wg HQ. Stationery orders for Wg HQ as required and diary/planner orders annually. Assist the XO with the Wing’s In-Year Resource Plan (IYRP). Administrate the monthly Support Pillar VTC and in-person Command Group. Maintain the HQ Support Pillar MS Teams area, including ensuring all tasks/tickets are actioned as required. Assist the HQ Support Pillar WO with the allocation of station guard force. Accompany members of the HQ on visits as required. Attendance of short (1-week) courses, such as the NATO Lessons Learned Management Course, Oberammergau, may be required to support other areas of the HQ.
