Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team in the role of Sales Support Manager. You will work closely with the Divisional Manager on all aspects of the sales operation and be responsible for management of the Sales Support functions and staff, whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
Although this is a Sales Support position, it is a Technical Support role not a Sales role.
As the Sales Support Manager you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Sales Support functions and staff ensuring all team members understand and deliver on targets, and evaluate operational procedures to ensure continuous development and efficient operations within the department.
Your ability to work effectively with Regional Sales Managers to understand forecasted orders and estimated machine delivery will be essential in ensuring a smooth process for the clients customers.
You will be responsible for managing logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods from factories/customers/depots; monitoring performance targets; improving systems and response times; and effectively managing the department's budget and costs.
Additionally, you will liaise with After Sales Departments and Workshops to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained; facilitate the purchase of the company's third-party items to fit machines; and ensure monthly targets for new machine invoice and delivery are met....
