ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an Administrator to work with an established client who are rapidly growing. The successful candidate will carry out day to day administrative tasks in support of company sales and operations, and by doing so, to contribute to the success of the company as well as utilising your skills in a challenging multi-functional environment, whilst continuing to support and invest in your own development, allowing you to build a stimulating career.
Duties for the role:
•Answer customer telephone queries ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved.
•Deal with physical post and electronic inbox.
•Set-up customer/supplier records using company software package.
•Produce customer site logbooks.
•Produce customer certificates, training documents and filter reports.
•Process water samples from sample submission to reporting results.
•Maintain mileage tracker.
•Maintain records of staff training and prompt staff to renew their training before certificates expire.
•Attend training courses to improve knowledge and understanding of products, services and the water treatment industry.
•Maintain personal training records.
•Comply with all ISO policies and procedures.
•Complete the company's standard administrative documentation.
•Participate in any other duties deemed appropriate.
The successful candidate:
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
•A high standard of written and spoken English.
•Good IT skills –including knowledge/experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
•Well organised and conscientious with a high attention to detail.
•Confident telephone manner.
•Ability to work well under pressure.
•Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team environment.
•Previous administration/office-based experience
