About the Post
The role is part of the Adult Social Care & Health Service, assisting people to maintain independence in their own homes. It involves providing wellbeing monitoring and support for elderly and disabled people in a customer‑focused, telecommunications‑based environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist people to maintain independence in their own homes.
* Use information‑based systems, including windows‑based packages.
* Prioritise work and work on own initiative.
* Provide effective communication with residents and partners.
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in a customer‑focused/telecommunications environment.
* Significant experience working with information‑based systems.
* Knowledge of issues associated with elderly and disabled people.
