Job Summary - BtR Resident Services Advisor - Days
An exciting opportunity to join the team at an established Build to Rent development in Liverpool. Working in a fast paced environment focussing on customer engagement, safety and administrative support.
Work pattern
Days - 7am-7pm 4 on 4 off
Main duties of the role but not limited to:
* Ensure a clean and tidy environment is maintained for all residents and team
* To assist with day-to-day operations ensuring quality service delivery is met and exceed resident's expectations at all times
* Carry out viewings with prospective residents
* Managing resident parcels and assist in answering queries
* Clear communication with residents, contractors and team
* Monitor security, carry out building walks, monitoring access into the building to create a safe environment for all residents and staff
* Report any incidents onto the correct system and inform line manager
* Conduct weekly and monthly Health and Safety checks
* Complete clear and informative shift handovers to colleagues
* Bin Rotation
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working within the residential sector or hospitality (desired)
* Basic IT skills (essential)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (essential)
* Customer service focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with tenants (essential)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £25,500.00 per year
