Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for streamlining complex software implementations and building strong external partnerships? We're looking for a Methodology & Partnership Manager to join our Delivery leadership group and transform how we implement and scale our products globally.

Requirements
Main Function
The Methodology & Partnership Manager leads the definition, simplification, and optimisation of Lendscape's implementation methodology. This role ensures efficient, scalable, and repeatable deployments by refining internal processes and building a robust external partner network. While an individual contributor role, you will collaborate closely with Delivery, Consulting, Product, and Engagement Management teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Duties
Implementation Methodology Development
* Define and maintain best practice implementation approaches for all customer segments.
* Drive simplification initiatives to reduce complexity, improve accessibility, and speed up deployments.
* Optimise, refine, and standardise implementation methodologies to create scalable, repeatable processes.
* Develop comprehensive implementation toolkits, including templates, playbooks, and reusable assets.
* Define, track, and report on success metrics (time-to-value, go-live satisfaction, partner-led quality).
Partner Management & Enablement
* Build and manage relationships with external implementation partners.
* Design partner governance frameworks, including certification, performance monitoring, and audits.
* Develop and deliver training and enablement programmes to empower partners to implement Lendscape independently.
* Ensure partners are aligned with Lendscape implementation standards.
Internal Collaboration & Change Management
* Work closely with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Consulting) to ensure alignment of methodology with product capabilities.
* Coordinate with Delivery teams to embed updated methodologies and promote knowledge-sharing.
* Lead adoption of new practices through change management, communications, and leadership engagement.
Continuous Improvement & Customer Experience
* Gather feedback from customers and partners to drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain focus on customer satisfaction, reducing implementation time while ensuring quality.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor methodologies to inform ongoing refinement.
Skills And Competencies

* Highly organised, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience And Knowledge
* Significant experience simplifying and optimising enterprise software implementations.
* Experience managing third-party implementation partners, including training and governance.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end software implementation lifecycles.
* Background in financial software, Invoice Finance or related industries (preferred).
* Proven experience leading complex implementation projects.
