About the Role
The Equity Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated national team advising on the design, tax, market practice, and accounting aspects of management and broader employee equity incentive structures. You will work on exciting projects with clients of various sizes across different sectors, utilizing leading technology to navigate rapidly evolving times. This role offers lifelong learning and career recognition alongside talented professionals in Tax & Law, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
The team advises both private and public companies, including UK and global clients, on:
* Design and structuring of new incentive plans
* Reviewing existing incentive plans for suitability
* Supporting ongoing operation of incentive plans, including tax and legal support
* Advising on the impact of corporate transactions on incentive plans
Our global networks support clients with international share plans. The successful candidate will also engage in business development activities such as client proposals, presentations, and writing articles on technical topics.
We seek individuals experienced in tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements, focusing on design, implementation, and tax advisory work, with opportunities to collaborate across other team streams.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant professional qualification preferred (ACA/CTA or solicitor); relevant experience considered without qualification
* Project and financial management skills
* Effective time management and initiative
* Ability to lead, manage, and work across disciplines
* Risk management awareness
* Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Experience and Background:
* Established share plans specialist with knowledge of UK tax and legal issues, especially with private companies/private equity
* Experience drafting legal documents, employee communications, and technical advice
* Excellent organizational skills and initiative
* Experience in professional services or industry with ambition for professional growth
