This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient order processing, internal flow of goods, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Plan, monitor, and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment completion and compliance with specified SLAs/KPIs
Independently identify and resolve problems, initiate appropriate measures, and communicate with specialist departments and management
Execute key performance indicator reports, conduct system research, and assist in capacity planning
Conduct ABC analyses and organize pick faces for efficient warehouse operations
Support and implement projects related to logistics and warehouse management
Serve as the primary contact person and support for departments, account/operations management, and Armada support
Provide SAP first-level IT support
Conduct inventories, stock counts, checks, and postings accurately and efficiently Your Profile
Strong solution orientation with excellent organizational skills
Experience working in a warehouse environment and familiarity with logistics/transport processes
Proficiency in SAP system (WMS) and experience in using JIRA (desirable)
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other relevant computer applications
Excellent attention to detail with good numerical skills and record-keeping abilities
Proactive and initiative-driven approach to ensure timely completion of tasks
