Practical Instructor in Engineering
Up to £27,185 per annum plus a potential of up to £5,000 per annum market premium, dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience (pro rata for part-time posts).

The Role
Working across both the Higher and Further Education Engineering departments, you will support and resource the teaching staff across all courses within the College’s engineering programmes. Your responsibilities include maintaining practical equipment, providing practical demonstrations, and offering technical instruction to students. You will assist with strategic planning for the development of facilities and develop a robust maintenance schedule for equipment, working collaboratively as part of a large team.
What we are looking for
You should hold a UK Honours degree or an ENIC-recognized degree in a related discipline, along with a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Candidates should have experience operating relevant equipment, instructing and developing practical delivery methods in an Engineering context, and familiarity with the latest technological developments in the field.
