Join Our Team as a Security Supervisor!
We're looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of a high‑quality security service at the Halliburton Clyde Facility in Aberdeen. You'll lead a team of officers across Aberdeen and Arbroath, ensuring a strong physical and visual security presence, effective incident response, and accurate reporting through the chain of command.
This is a full‑time position working 05:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to support out‑of‑hours staff. Travel to the Arbroath site will be required, with transport provided.
About the Role:
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Lead, support, and coordinate the on‑site security team across Aberdeen and Arbroath
* Maintain and update Site Assignment Instructions and security procedures
* Carry out mobile and foot patrols, and monitor alarm and access control systems
* Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
* Deliver training, drills, and scenario exercises to maintain operational readiness
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of security staff
* Ensure equipment, vehicles, and documentation are maintained and audited
* Manage client communication, reporting, and on‑call rota requirements

What we are looking for:
* Strong customer service skills with clear verbal and written communication
* Basic IT proficiency and confidence using security systems
* Ability to remain calm, decisive, and effective under pressure
* High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
* Proven reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Valid SIA Licence (SG or DS), CCTV Licence, and full driving licence (as must be able to drive our vehicles)
* ACT training, supervisory training, IOSH certification, and CAA Known Consignor (or willingness to train)
