Client Account Manager (40 hours) £45,000 plus up to £5k car allowance plus commission (0.75% is paid on revenue over and above the baseline revenue and paid quarterly)
Commission calculation: If a CAMs total accounts is worth £5 million and the new target is 10% growth then the payable commission would be £3,750
Calc: 10% growth on 5 million = £500,000- 0.75% of 500,000 = £3,750 payable commission.
The role is based onsite,however hybrid working is expected with visiting of customer locations too working hours 08.30 5.30 pm
The candidate will be an experienced Client Account manager (business development) coming with a proven logistics background and be based in the Midlands area. Would suit someone already in account management role who but could have the potential to move into new sales at a later date.
