Site Based Commutable from Windermere, Kendal, Sedbergh, Grange-over-Sands, Ambleside, Milnthorpe and surrounding areas.
Are you an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Engineer with some knowledge of PLCs, looking to join a longstanding industry leading business, where you can massively develop your skillset through on-the-job mentorship to become the go-to engineer on site, working highly autonomously and taking the technical lead whilst working as part of a close-knit team of experts?

In this broad and interesting role, you will be massively invested in through specialist mentorship to become the Controls and Instrumentation Specialist, working on all manner of electrical maintenance and PPMs and contributing to the continued smooth running of the site.
This role would suit an engineer with an electrical background looking to develop their skillset, working within a niche industry for a market-leading business in a days-based position with high levels of technical training and future autonomy.
The Role:
* Fault Finding, Reactive and Pre-Planned Maintenance of heavy electrical manufacturing equipment within a busy factory
* Days based - Monday to Friday
* Excellent Internal Training opportunities
The Person:
* Electrically biased engineer with experience in manufacturing and knowledge of PLCs
* Looking for long-term technical and career development
* UK Drivers License
