Job Title: Operations Support Administrator / Construction Scheduler; Location: Shepshed, Leicester (LE12); Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience; Contract: Temp to Perm, Immediate Start.
The Role
We are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our busy offices in Shepshed, Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration, scheduling, and document control to play a key role in supporting our operations team. The position offers long-term career stability with the chance to move from temp to permanent.
Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate work across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Use the company\'s online quality management system to manage drawings and reports.
* Prepare and update RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
* Provide administrative support to the operations team and project managers.
* Liaise with internal teams to prioritise workloads and allocate resources efficiently.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality documentation and reporting.
Requirements
* Previous experience in construction administration or a similar office-based role.
* Familiarity with RAMS, health & safety, and site documentation is highly desirable.
* Strong IT and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
* Ability to work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday (8:15am - 4:30pm).
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
