Requirements:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive teaching experience.
7. Have a proven track record in school leadership, particularly in behaviour management and pastoral care.
8. Be an inspirational leader with a passion for pupil wellbeing and development.
9. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Be able to build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and high-performing team.
