Salary: £46,142 - £51,356 per annum. Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, Pro Rata.
Opportunity to cover a Team Manager role in Skelmersdale Neighbourhood Team, West Lancashire, 37hrs per week. This temporary arrangement is to cover the absence of the post holder for 3 months or until the post holder returns. The post is within the West Neighbourhoods service.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight.
* Support staff development and wellbeing through supervision and guidance.

* Manage resources effectively to meet service priorities and performance targets.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in a senior practitioner or supervisory capacity.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding frameworks.
* Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively.
