Management Accountant - Temporary (3 Months)
Location: South of Norwich (Office-based, full-time)
Rate: £20 - £23 per hour + holiday pay
Start: Immediate
Robert Half is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation on a 3-month temporary assignment, supporting the business while they complete a permanent recruitment process. Candidates who are interested in temp-to-perm opportunities are also encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, office-based role, and applicants must be able to travel daily to the office south of Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Budgeting and forecasting support
* Variance analysis and reporting
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting senior finance stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis
* Assisting with process improvement during the transition period
About You:
* Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience
* Previous experience in a management accounting role
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
* Happy to work on-site full-time
