Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Arnold on a part time basis. As a Support Worker, you\'ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you\'ll play a vital role in their life.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
* Support individuals to participate in activities and maintain independence where possible.
What we\'re looking for
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
