Description
About Us
Our largest global software client building the next generation of agentic AI solutions—systems that
act, adapt, and learn with a high degree of autonomy. They're experimenting with
emerging agent frameworks, infra like MCP Server, and the latest from Microsoft,
Google, AWS, and the broader open-source ecosystem.
They are currently rolling out initial use cases (starting with finance and beyond), and
looking for someone who can help us drive these ideas into real, working
products.
What You’ll Do:
• Own and drive the execution of complex, AI-powered product initiatives
from idea to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define
problems and build solutions.
• Translate evolving business needs into clear product requirements and
workflows.
• Stay on top of what’s happening in GenAI, agentic systems, prompt
engineering, and related tools—and bring those insights into your work.
• Get hands-on with details—whether that’s diving into a user flow, exploring
an API, or testing prompts.
• Work in a fast-moving, experimental environment where iteration is
constant and direction can shift quickly.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong program or product management experience (ideally 5+ years) in
tech-driven environments.
• A technical background—whether that’s a CS degree, engineering
experience, or just a deep love of how things work under the hood.
• Solid understanding of AI trends, LLM capabilities, vector databases, agent
frameworks, and prompt design.
• Comfortable balancing short-term execution with longer-term thinking.
• Experience working cross-functionally and keeping teams aligned without a
lot of overhead.
• A proactive doer who thrives in startup-style environments—not afraid to
figure it out and get things moving.
Nice to Have:
• Experience shipping a live software product or service used by customers
• Exposure to fintech, automation, or enterprise-grade software
environments
• Familiarity with agentic or autonomous system design
• Background at scaling product-led organizations where cross-functional
execution is key
• Understanding of how to evaluate and integrate modern GenAI tools and
frameworks
This Role Is for You If You:
• Keep up with what’s new in AI and are excited to put it into action
• Like to build from scratch, iterate quickly, and stay close to the work
• Are self-directed, low-ego, and collaborative
• Enjoy the mix of high-level thinking and in-the-weeds problem solving
