Night Shift Team Leader
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00pm - 5:00am (45 hours per week)
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Holiday: 28 days, rising to 33 days after 5 years' service
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Night Shift Team Leader to support their night operation within a fast-paced distribution environment. Reporting directly to the Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of night-time logistics and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting into the Night Shift Supervisor
2. Organising and overseeing the loading of all vans and lorries throughout the night
3. Producing accurate nightly loading reports
4. Monitoring staff performance and creating effective workflow plans
