About the role: 33 hours per week, 185 working days per year. Inspire Support Band F. Actual annual pay is on a 4-points scale starting at £20,572 to £21,652 (full-time salary equivalent is £27,334 to £28,770). As a Progress Tutor based atThomas Rotherham College, Moorgate Road, Rotherham, S60 2BE, the successful applicant will work alongside a team of other Progress Tutors and, through collaboration with subject teachers, will ensure that student progress is monitored, challenged, and supported through appropriate interventions, so that each student makes the level of progress expected. Our Progress tutors each oversee the overall academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing and successful progression to university or employment of around 180 students.
