Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* Ensure all service desk requests are prioritized correctly
* Review support requests in a timely manner
* Troubleshoot a range of IT issues
* Handle requests via phone, web, and in person
* Work with team members to share knowledge
* Assist with the setup of AV systems
* Contribute to IT projects
* Update documentation, where required
