Payroll Specialist - Aramark UK
Location: Leeds, UK (hybrid basis).
Aramark UK is seeking a results‑focused, meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our team in Leeds. This permanent position works across multiple sectors in our busy Payroll function, reporting to the Payroll and Data Control Manager. You will be responsible for payroll administration, finalising payrolls to completion, and managing the associated processes.

A Day in the Life
* General payroll administration
* Develop a strong understanding of the Time and Attendance system and support its daily use
* Support new business integration to the payroll system via TUPE and acquisitions
* Reconcile all areas of payroll calculations
* Test new system functionality
* Process payrolls including Auto Enrolment Pension and RTI submission sub‑processes
* Process ad‑hoc pay runs
* Generate reports, logs, and statistics
* Provide employees with support and handle pay queries
You'll be set up for success if you have
* Evidence of working in a fast‑paced payroll team with multiple deadlines
* Experience and understanding of Time and Attendance systems
* Experience processing payrolls with Auto Enrolment Pension and RTI submission sub‑processes
* Ability to work competently with data
