Sales & Marketing Support Executive – Cradley Heath (Fully On-Site)
£12.71 - £14.12 per hour (£26,500 - £29,450 equivalent) | Temp to Perm | 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday
We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join a busy and growing business based in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a highly organised individual looking to build their career within sales, marketing and customer support.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and wider sales team, you will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, managing enquiries and assisting with marketing initiatives.
This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent communication and a proactive mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Marketing team
* Manage and follow up on customer enquiries
* Process sales orders, quotations and invoicing
* Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of service
* Enter and maintain accurate information within CRM and internal systems
* Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Assist with social media updates and online content
* Help generate and nurture new sales leads
* Liaise with internal teams including sales, despatch and operations
* Provide general administrative support including answering calls and emails
The Ideal Candidate
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Proactive with a can-do attitude
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a sales, marketing or customer service environment would be beneficial
* Social media experience advantageous but not essential
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
