Primary ECT - Chester Job Overview: We are looking to recruit a Primary ECT to join one of our primary schools in Chester. As a Teacher you will be responsible for teaching from KS1 -KS2 on an adhoc basis ASAP. Responsibilities: - Teach, plan, mark and assess lessons across the curriculum - Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualised education plans for students with special needs - Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns - Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resources Requirements: - PGCE/QTS in your chosen field - Previous experience working with primary school students, preferably in special education or tutoring roles - Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students - Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally If you are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of primary school students and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
