An industry leading company in the landscaping sector is looking for a Credit Control Manager to join their team in their Blackburn office. This will be a permanent position, heading up a team of 11 Credit Controllers, with the option for progression into a combined role across Billing.
This job is ideal for an individual with extensive knowledge and experience in a Senior Credit Control position. They have just undergone a significant period of growth and are looking for a manager to support and guide the existing team.
Job description for Credit Control Manager
* Introducing and implementing new systems & automation across the credit control function.
* Acting as an escalation point for challenging cases.
* Managing a team of 11 Credit Controllers – 1-1s, progress reporting, team planning.
* Driving improvement, forecasting and reporting across the existing Credit Control team.
* Planning and executing a project to bring recent acquisition clients up to date.
Job skills required for Credit Control Manager
* Confident leading a large team.
* Extensive knowledge across credit control and billing (5 years).
* Experience in high spending credit control (some clients receive large invoices – £1million+).
