An amazing opportunity has become available in Walsall, for a passionate head chef to join Xealthcare’s well renowned care providers medium sized nursing home on a permanent, part time contract.

Position: Head Chef
As a Head Chef you be responsible for setting the standards across your kitchen. You will manage and lead the kitchen staff to provide nutritionally balanced and high-quality culinary service that contributes to the overall well-being of the residents and is achieved within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and lead the kitchen staff.
* Prepare and cook a variety of meals, taking into consideration dietary requirements and restrictions.
* Plan and manage the kitchen's food inventory.
* Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our residents.
* Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a head chef or in a similar setting.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
* A passion for cooking and providing high-quality meals.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Reliable and able to work independently.
