Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
* Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
* Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firm's professional network
* Collaborate with other departments to support cross‑referrals and firm‑wide growth
Qualifications
You’ll ideally come from a Commercial Property background in a well‑regarded law firm. It is likely you will have around 5+ years PQE. Importantly, you will have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self‑motivated approach, you will have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
