Product Design Manager - Remote - Consumer Fintech Scaleup - £110,000 per year plus Benefits.
In Product is partnered with an ambitious and innovative Fintech company that has established products in multiple countries across Europe. They have successfully launched several new product lines within their customer-facing brands, positioning them to achieve their vision of creating innovative financial products for consumers.
This business is positioned for significant growth in both headcount and customers over the next year. As a Head of Design, you will lead a small Product Design team, fostering a strong Product Design culture.
You will excel if you:

* Are confident with autonomy, capable of building the Product Design culture and processes with an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, and able to develop cross-functional relationships.
* Value rapid experimentation while maintaining high-quality standards. The company aims to launch quickly while building a design team with strong craftsmanship and appreciation of design.
As the Head of Design, you will:
* Have demonstrable experience in the Consumer Fintech space and in high-growth environments.
* Be part of the Senior Leadership team, working directly with the CEO and peers across Growth, Product, and Engineering.
* Set the vision and design strategy for the organization.
