Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Rep. The role is primarily based in our Brierley Hill site, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. The inside sales rep is responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth, managing strategic customer relationships and coordinating closely with our Key Account Managers to maximise opportunities.
This role will combine proactive sales, pipeline management, increase growth penetration and support overall commercial growth whilst promoting utilisation of our online platform, increasing digital adoption and supporting the business transition towards AI – driven customer solutions.
Role Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
* Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into qualified opportunities
* Pipeline management will be key to driving sales and building relationships
* Develop strong relationships with our Key Account Manager’s
* Act as primary point of contact for assigned pipeline
* Identify upsell and cross sell
* Achieve monthly, quarterly pipeline and revenue KPI’s
* Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer feedback
* Conduct high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales
* Identify decision makers, assess prospect needs, budgets, and timelines to determine sales potential.
* Follow up marketing leads and inbound enquiries promptly
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting through CRM systems
* Deliver high levels of customer service whilst supporting overall commercial growth
* Promote digital self-serve solutions and support customers in transition to online purchasing channels
* Support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled sales tools, automation and digital strategies.
* Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to confidently communicate value propositions.
Experience
* Proven experience in outbound sales/inside sales
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence
* Demonstrate the ability to generate and qualify pipeline opportunities
* Experience managing customer relationships and accounts
* Experience using CRM platforms
* Self-motivated, resilient and target driven
