Permanent Sales Representative required for Lisburn. Job Summary My client is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join their architectural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with both existing and new customers. Duties will include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, staying updated on industry trends and competitor analysis. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service. Providing quotations/proposals tailored to clients' needs, showcasing the benefits of the company's products. Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing the technical features and benefits of company products. Engage in effective negotiation to secure favourable terms and agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Meet sales targets, providing regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities. The successful candidate will be motivatedwith a passion for sales, target achiever, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Hours of work: Week 1: Monday Friday 8.00 am. 5.00 pm. Week 2: Monday Thursday 8.00 am. 5.00 pm. Company Benefits: 1 in 2 Fridays off 30 days holiday.
