🎨 (Senior) Product Designer — Bunch | London (Hybrid, 3 days/week) | Contract to Perm
Every adult loses hundreds of hours a year to admin. Bills they're overpaying. Renewals they forgot. Forms half-filled on a Sunday night.
We're building the AI that handles all of it — so people never have to think about it again.
Bunch is Series A, moving fast, and we're looking for our first Product Designer to shape how people experience an AI that manages their money, contracts, and time.
The role
You'll own design end-to-end — from raw research through shipped experiences — and have real influence on product direction. You'll be the first designer in the team, which means translating brand-new brand guidelines into product for the first time, and building the design system from the ground up.
This isn't a \"polish the screens\" role. You'll be designing conversational interfaces where trust is everything, simplifying genuinely complex decisions (energy tariffs, broadband packages, council tax) into flows that feel effortless, and prototyping with AI-native tools before you open Figma.
What you'll do
→ Lead UX and UI for core product areas, discovery through delivery → Shape conversational, text-driven interfaces — language is the product → Prototype rapidly with v0, Cursor, Lovable, Replit → Build trust mechanics into every touchpoint → Define and evolve the design system → Run hypothesis-led experiments tied to measurable outcomes → QA what ships — you care as much about the live experience as the Figma file
Who you are
You have 5+ years in product design, a portfolio showing complex problem-solving (not just beautiful screens), and you treat tone, hierarchy and word choice as design decisions. You reach for AI tools as naturally as Figma. Sloppy details and inconsistent patterns bother you.
Bonus if you have fintech, SaaS, or trust/safety design experience — or if you've designed for products people trust with their money.
