Join us as an Innovation & Change Lead, where you’ll play a central role in turning colleague ideas into delivered business change and measurable impact. Working within our Customer Sales & Service function, you’ll lead innovation campaigns through The Pitch,owning ideas beyond submission and actively driving them through shaping, evaluation, stakeholder alignment and implementation. This role exists to lead and embed change, helping colleagues across the business turn ideas into new or improved ways of working. You’ll work hands‑on to facilitate ideas, challenge thinking, and support colleagues and stakeholders to navigate change and adopt solutions into day‑to‑day operations. It’s a hands‑on role that blends change leadership, facilitation and delivery, using campaigns and engagement activity as a mechanism to enable innovation rather than the end goal. Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: Leading colleague innovation initiatives aligned to business priorities, with accountability for moving ideas from concept through to delivered change Managing ideas end‑to‑end, from submission through workshop facilitation, evaluation, prioritisation and progression into delivery Facilitating workshops and working sessions to shape ideas, test assumptions and define viable solutions Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess viability, remove barriers and drive implementation Supporting the development of clear business cases, value propositions and delivery pathways Tracking and reporting on progress, outcomes and realised benefits, not just engagement Championing a culture of innovation, ownership and continuous improvement, ensuring colleague ideas lead to meaningful change You will need: Experience leading initiatives or projects end‑to‑end, taking ideas from early concept through to delivery Experience supporting, delivering or embedding change within a business environment Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and drive progress through ambiguity Confidence facilitating workshops, problem‑solving sessions and structured discussions with diverse groups Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans A structured, organised approach, balancing creativity with delivery and follow‑through A genuine passion for innovation, change and business improvement, rather than marketing campaigns We know our people are the secret to our success.
