As a Senior Consultant, based in the London office you’ll play a pivotal role in:
* Leading and managing M&A projects, from initial strategy to execution.
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in the financial services sector.
* Providing strategic advice and insights to clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
* Collaborating with our in-house team of specialists to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.
* Contributing to the growth and success of Pearse Group through innovative ideas and exceptional performance.
Experience:
* 18 month+ recruitment or executive search experience
* Experience within Financial Services is advantageous
* Track record of phone based business development
* Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients at all levels
