Overview
We are looking to appoint a full-time Teacher of History from January 2026. This role is open to both experienced teachers and those at the beginning of their career. An interest in teaching Politics or Geography would be welcomed, though not essential.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, well-organised, and inspirational teacher, committed to delivering high-quality lessons across a range of ages and abilities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and a passion for History (and Politics). Experience of teaching A Level is desirable. The ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils, both in and beyond the classroom, is essential.
