Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with your Line Manager to provide the Joint Managing Directors with weekly updates, including
* An overview of daily team activity and priorities
* Insights on team development, training needs and progress
* Oversee the daily distribution of work and ensure client deadlines are met across the team.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to the FIT team, promoting best practices and adherence to company policies and procedures
* Apply initiative and sound judgment to help the team resolve challenges effectively and constructively.
* Ensure a high level of attention to detail across all aspects of the booking process from initial quote to final confirmations and post-travel follow-up.
* Support the team in sourcing and proposing suitable alternatives when requested hotels or services are unavailable
Qualifications
* Previous experience in managing a small team
* 1-2 years experience in a supervisor role
* Experience in managing clients and suppliers
